°Õ¨¹°ù°ì¾±²â±ð Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF °Õ¨¹°ù°ì¾±²â±ð)

We¡¯re supporting the implementation of the Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF), a credit line from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) that helps °Õ¨¹°ù°ì¾±²â±ð transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy. GEFF °Õ¨¹°ù°ì¾±²â±ð provides financing to businesses, service providers and households for investments in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate adaptation. Our team began providing technical consultancy services for the first phase of the program in 2022 and was awarded the second and third phases in 2024 and 2025, respectively. All phases are currently in progress, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering comprehensive, end-to-end program support.

Our role spans technical, environmental, and social due diligence, capacity building, and monitoring support. We work closely with local financial institutions to ensure that investments align with the EBRD¡¯s Green Economy Transition (GET) approach and meet European Union environmental and social standards. By combining our deep understanding of sustainable finance with our local ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½, we help partners identify eligible green investments and build the capacity needed to deliver them effectively.

Through this work, we¡¯re supporting °Õ¨¹°ù°ì¾±²â±ð as they work to unlock the potential of green finance to drive sustainable development. The GEFF program is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy security, and support the country¡¯s climate goals. As we move into the third phase, we remain committed to empowering communities and financial institutions to redefine what¡¯s possible in the green economy.
