罢ü谤办颈测别 EEPB Data Analysis and Measurement and Verification Support
Funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) - General Directorate of Construction Affairs, the 罢ü谤办颈测别 Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings (EEPB) project aims to enhance energy efficiency and climate resilience in the country’s public sector. Our team is providing data analysis and measurement and verification (M&V) services for the project.
Our role involves developing tools to help MoEUCC monitor the environmental impact, as well as the technical and financial outputs, of more than 80 public building complexes spanning hospitals, schools, dormitories, and administrative facilities. We’re analyzing this data to provide accurate insights. Additionally, our team is conducting technical due diligence of the M&V activities in the EEPB project and giving feedback to improve these activities. We will also be involved in an ongoing M&V activity to support this improvement. As part of the overall effort, we are working with our partner ClimAlign to develop standardized tools to track energy audit data, analyze savings, and independently verify performance of the EEPB project.
The goal of this effort is to deliver high-quality monitoring, reporting, and learning, laying the groundwork for a scalable, results-based investment framework. Outcomes will inform future energy efficiency programs and contribute to sustainable policy development in 罢ü谤办颈测别’s public sector.

As part of my work, I always look for opportunities for continuous improvement, which—as Mark Twain said—is better than delayed perfection.
