David has more than 45 years of experience in construction documentation and administration. Drawing on his deep understanding of systems and engineering disciplines, he coordinates consultant teams, produces concise drawing sets, and meets deliverable milestones.
Specializing in building envelope integrity, David focuses on developing meaningful details and selecting the right materials for long-term performance and protection. He brings his 草莓传媒 to technically complex projects. One of his favorite projects involved working on the technical design for a luxury residential condominium project in Miami Beach.
When he isn’t working on architectural designs, David enjoys landscaping and home improvement projects at his 1,000-square-foot townhouse, a simple 1970s wood and concrete masonry unit structure. He’s transformed it into a cozy studio—an easy-to-maintain space that always offers a new project whenever inspiration strikes.?
