Jeff manages program development and delivery for our Water group. He’s responsible for guiding teams to capture new capital infrastructure programs, leading program mobilization, and supporting teams in applying best practices in program and construction management. He is an experienced program manager who has delivered complex capital programs for a wide range of client organizations.
What Jeff enjoys most is helping clients achieve their goals through tailored strategies, disciplined risk management, and collaborative delivery. He’s passionate about understanding client needs and achieving positive outcomes, often serving as a skilled facilitator who empowers teams to apply best practices and deliver results.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, music, and a variety of outdoor and sporting activities.
