As an environmental engineer, Eva has a strong background in solid waste management. Over the years, she has worked on a wide range of projects—from landfill design and closure planning to transfer station designs and organic waste systems to tendering, construction administration, and public engagement efforts. She’s also well-versed in conducting financial modeling and greenhouse gas analysis for solid waste facilities including landfills, mixed-waste processing, and waste-to-energy operations.
Eva played a key role in the development of the National Solid Waste Benchmarking Initiative, helping assess and compare solid waste and financial performance across Canada. Whether it’s strategy development, waste flow analysis, or construction oversight, Eva brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every project she takes on.
Outside of work, Eva enjoys escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. You’ll most likely find her in the forest foraging, up in the mountains snowboarding, on an island camping, and on the ocean prawning.
