With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Dave has built and scaled global teams, driven innovation through emerging technologies, and shaped digital operating models that deliver measurable business value. He leads our enterprise-wide digital strategy and transformation and our Digital Center of Excellence.
Dave is active in digital governance, AI enablement, and capability-building across the organization. Along with his team, he partners with IT and the business to standardize platforms, accelerate automation, and develop digital solutions that enhance project delivery and client experience.
Recognized globally for his impact in the industry, Dave was ranked third in the CIO 100, which recognizes the most notable chief information officers (CIOs) in the UK, and named one of HMG Strategy¡¯s Top Technology Executives to Watch. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity Observatory Hall of Fame for his contributions as a senior cybersecurity leader and fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT.
