A third-generation Arizonan, Ryan brings nearly two decades of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and environmental permitting experience to his work. Based in the Intermountain West region, he works on projects that span the US from coast to coast. Holding degrees in biology and environmental law, he combines his scientific knowledge with regulatory insight.

Ryan approaches environmental planning with curiosity and care, drawing on years of experience to guide teams through complex challenges. He works closely with scientists to develop thoughtful, evidence-based solutions and brings a steady hand to writing, analysis, and project leadership. By building trust with clients, he finds purpose in creating work that leaves a lasting impact on communities.

Earlier in his career, Ryan lived in a remote Alaskan camp with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, counting salmon as part of annual harvest inventories. That experience deepened his commitment to environmental stewardship, which continues today through his volunteer work and restoration efforts on local community trails and public lands.?
