With 30 years of experience leading local government projects and serving as a project manager, Justin oversees some of our largest regional and national water projects. He has designed water and stormwater utilities, wastewater treatment plants, and systems for wastewater collection and conveyance. He’s also contributed to intersection design and taken on the roles of resident engineer and owner’s representative for large-scale municipal transportation, utility, and facility construction projects. ?
Justin has designed and managed several projects with elements of utility conveyance, highway and culvert design, and right-of-way acquisitions. Following necessity and compensation processes in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Act and permitting, he conducts the required coordination between multiple agencies. He’s managed projects that are funded through the State Revolving Loan Funds, FEMA, Environmental Protection Agency, and many of the other traditional funding tools that our clients use to implement their projects.
Outside of his project management work, Justin enjoys exploring Vermont’s outdoors—from skiing in winter to summer activities on its many lakes.
