Paige Murray

Cultural Heritage Specialist

A recent graduate of the public history master’s program at Western University, Paige is growing her experience in built and cultural heritage. She conducts archival research, architectural evaluations, and site visits. She draws on her knowledge of provincial legislation surrounding built heritage to evaluate properties within the applicable criteria.

As a public historian, Paige has experience with exhibit development and installation, public speaking, and community consultation. She’s worked on cultural heritage evaluation reports, heritage impact assessments, heritage conservation district studies and plans, and commemoration plans, as well as various other heritage reports. Her volunteer work includes serving as a member of the City of London’s Community Advisory Committee on Planning and as the content and research coordinator on the Architectural Conservancy Ontario NextGen board.

Bringing her passion for heritage buildings to her spare moments, Paige loves working on restoring her 100-year-old heritage home. She also enjoys reading and hiking with her German Shepherd, Popcorn.?
