Specializing in highway design and transportation projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding states, Brad is a civil engineer and project manager with nearly two decades of experience. Throughout his career, he’s focused on delivering safe, efficient, and innovative roadway solutions—from major corridor improvements to complex intersections and interchange designs.
Currently, Brad serves as the assistant project manager and lead roadway Engineer for the I-83 North York Widening project, overseeing the roadway widening design, bridge replacements, and traffic management solutions to improve mobility and safety along this critical corridor. His work emphasizes collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to make sure projects are delivered on schedule and meet the highest standards.
Outside of work, Brad’s life revolves around his family. He and his wife have four children, and he enjoys coaching their sports teams, spending time outdoors, and making the most of every family moment.
