Erika believes infrastructure should protect the environment, enhance quality of life, and support economic prosperity. As a civil engineer with our Minneapolis Community Development team, she is responsible for drafting and modeling in Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer to deliver quality preliminary and construction plans for urban corridors and road reconstructions.
Throughout her career, Erika has been designing safe, resilient civil infrastructure and communicating the benefits of complex projects that serve all modes of transportation including pedestrian, biking, transit, and automobiles. She is motivated to make a lasting impact on people and the planet through infrastructure projects that improve communities in harmony with nature.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, reading, cooking, biking, hiking, and exploring new places.
