Kelly spent nearly 10 years conducting research at a university before spending the next decade as a process engineer. Now, she’s able to combine these backgrounds to lead applied research that directly addresses the evolving challenges faced by our clients, bridging innovation with real-world impact.
As an innovation portfolio manager with our Water group, Kelly contributes to the development of internal digital tools that enhance efficiency, promote standardization, and improve quality across our operations. In addition to her innovation role, she serves as a principal investigator on research initiatives focused on sustainable nitrogen management and process intensification in wastewater treatment.
With two young children, Kelly’s weekends are filled with simple joys—exploring new parks, eating lunch at the farmer’s market, and riding on the streetcar. These moments remind her of the importance of the work we do to support healthy, vibrant communities.
