Kristin is a logical person by nature. She¡¯s adept at pulling information together and finding a rational solution¡ªparticularly when it comes to designing commercial workplaces for our buildings team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a project manager, it¡¯s Kristin¡¯s responsibility to direct processes, communicate the scope of work, and ensure everything is on task and on time.
When she isn¡¯t managing projects, Kristin works on strategy¡ªleading interviews with clients and focus groups to share information on how to improve a workspace. With over 26 years of experience, she uses her longstanding knowledge to understand and achieve her client¡¯s goals from initial design concept through project completion.
Kristin is also involved with Boston¡¯s design practice group, which is specifically focused on fostering our Company¡¯s project management practices. If her schedule isn¡¯t swamped with work, she might take some time to herself by reading a good book or visiting the beach.
